| Ayurveda - Diagnostic Test for Vikruti or Dosha Imbalance |
This diagnostic test is designed to determine imbalances in your system that keeps you from achieving your maximum potential. In taking the test, remember that you are describing how you feel now or in the last 2 weeks. For example, if you are normally a cheerful person, but had been feel depressed lately, answer the question about depression in the affirmative.
For each of the symptoms, Click on the button corresponding to the following options:
| 0 - This symptom does not apply to you at all |
| 1 - Weak, Infrequent. |
| 2 - Moderate |
| 3 - Strong, Frequent, This explains your present condition well |
If you do not know an answer to a question, leave it unanswered. (if it does not apply, choose 0 - Does not apply). Try to answer as many questions as you can so that you can get a rather accurate picture of your Vikruti.
The test is broken down into 8 parts to make it simple for you to take it. It is not necessary to take all the 8 parts. However, the test will be more accurate, the more you take. When you are done, click on the button marked Get Dosha.
