After the Reflexology Warm-Up work on key endocrine glands, including the pituitary (in the center of the bottom of the big toe), the thyroid (at the base of the big toe), and the adrenals (between the waistline and the diaphragm line, toward the inside of the foot). Working these reflexes will help create balance in the body and nervous system and help you get a grip on your appetite and eating. 2. Use your thumb walk to work across the entire area in the arch of your foot, from the midline (waistline) up to the diaphragm line. The stomach reflex is on the left foot, the liver primarily on the right. Work both feet and thoroughly cover this area, moving up, down, and/or diagonally. You'll stimulate the pancreas, gallbladder, kidneys, and adrenals also. 3. Moving lower, below the waistline, you'll encounter the reflex areas for the colon. Points for various aspects of the colon are divided between the two feet. Work up, down, across, and diagonally in this area with the thumb walk. See Also:
