Ashvagandha - Vidari Combination
This Ayurvedic remedy is useful as an aphrodisiac and invigorator.
Ingredients
Ashvagandha powder - 1 part
Ipomoea root powder - 1 part
Procedure
Mix the Ashvagandha powder and Ipomoea root powder well together. Place it in a vessel smeared with glee. Give 1 tola of this paste in freshly drawn cow's raw milk as an aphrodisiac and invigorator.
