Take advantage of natural colors. Nature's own colors are the most beneficial, nourishing and strengthening. Colors that appear naturally are: sky blue, ocean blue/ green/ turquoise, white snow or moonlight, plush green trees, shrubs and grass; colorful flowers. |

Meditate on colorful flowers such as a white lily, red rose or hibiscus, yellow chrysanthemum, or sunflower, blue iris. |
