Contest Rules

If you cheat, you will be disqualified in continuing with the contest. One strike and you are out. Digitally altering photographs, reporting the wrong weight and other fraud will be considered cheating and the prizes will be forfeited. The next eligible person in the list then become the winner.
Decision of the judge will be final.

All the contestants who join us before February 15, 2006 will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. If you join after February 15, 2006, you will be eligible to compete fro the monthly and quarterly prizes. But you cannot win the grand prize.

You cannot use surgical means to reduce your weight (like Bariatric Surgery). If you undergo surgery to reduce your weight, you should withdraw from the contest.

To stay active, you must meet the reporting requirements as specified.

The contest may be discontinued if the number of contestants actively participating in the contest drops below 15. The agreement with the sponsor of the grand prize requires that at least 15 contestants be participating actively in the contest. The contest may go on with less than 15 contestants; but another grand prize may be substituted when the number of contestants fall below 15.

You agree that losing weight may result in health complications; so you should always consult a doctor and get his/her approval before entering the program. If you get into any complications while being in the contest, you agree ICBS, Inc. or Holisticonline.com or its affiliates are not responsible. You alone are responsible for your health. Quit the contest if you get into any health complications.
