Applications
Myrrh is most effective in treating skin infections. It can be used to treat abscesses, boils, sores, and wounds.
Also used to treat asthma, bronchitis, colds, flu, sinusitis, sore throats, and herpes simplex.

Myrrh is very safe. No toxic effects or side effects have been recorded.
Recommended Dosage
Take two to four milliliters of the tincture three times daily.
Can also be used topically for the treatment of wounds, and as a gargle for the treatment of mouth sores.
