Tiger's Juice

Tiger's juice is an excellent breakfast-on-the-run. The origin of its exotic name is not certain. It may simply reflects the drink's color. This thick orange drink contains lots of vitamin C, a valuable antioxidant. 

Ingredients:

Juice of 4 oranges, about 1-1/2 cups 
1/4 cup (5 oz / 155 g) low-fat, plain yogurt or vanilla soy drink 
1/4 cup strawberries or raspberries, optional 
2 teaspoons brewer's yeast 
2 teaspoons powdered glucose, honey or maple syrup 
2 teaspoons wheat germ 
1/2 teaspoon ginseng powder 

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pur6e until smooth, about 1 minute. 

Divide the mixture between 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
